Yakima Concrete & Masonry was founded in 2020 by tradespeople who grew up in the Yakima Valley and knew this region well - the freeze-thaw winters, the clay-heavy soils that shift with the seasons, and the older housing stock in neighborhoods like downtown Yakima and Terrace Heights that needed contractors who understood what those homes were built with.

We are a masonry contractor, which means concrete, brick, stone, and block are what we do. We have worked on craftsman bungalows built in the 1940s, ranch homes from the 1960s, and newer construction on the edges of the city. Each type of home has its own quirks, and we have learned most of them. Whether your home sits near the Yakima River Greenway or out in the West Valley, we know the neighborhoods and we know what the climate does to masonry out here.
